We started Lucen Studios to turn good ideas into real, shipped products. Between us we've spent years across operations, SaaS, marketing, and AI implementation — and we've designed and built brands, platforms, and websites for clients across Mexico, Germany, and Switzerland.
Now we bring that craft to every idea: our own AI lifestyle apps, and the ones we build with partners. Focused, practical, and built to actually ship.
How we think about products
We build small before we build big. Every Lucen app starts as a lean MVP with one clear problem, one clear user, and one clear reason to exist. We test it with real people, keep what works, and let the rest go. It's a calmer, more honest way to build — and the only way a two-person studio can build things that last.

Products and consulting, side by side
Alongside the studio, we run Gamper Klimmek — our AI consulting practice. The two feed each other: the consulting work keeps us close to how real businesses adopt AI, and that hands-on experience makes the products sharper. Lucen Studios is where we turn what we learn into small tools anyone can use.
